Are all of your products in stock?
Not all of our items are kept in stock. Custom products are made to order, while some quick-ship menu covers and accessories may be available for immediate shipment. Refer to individual product pages or call us at 888-929-6368 for real-time availability. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day. For custom orders, please ask about current production lead times and priority ship dates.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online, by email, or over the phone with written confirmation. For all custom orders, we’ll need:
- Menu cover style or product name
- Insert/menu/paper size
- Number of pages/views
- Color and material selection
- Logo or customization details
- Desired quantity
What is the minimum order quantity?
Some products have minimum order requirements to provide the best pricing. For smaller runs, a break-minimum fee may apply. Call us for options and pricing flexibility.
Customization & Branding
Can I add my logo or branding to my menu covers?
Absolutely! We offer custom foil stamping, blind debossing, die-cut logos, and full-color printing for non-metallic designs. A metal die is created to imprint your logo with or without foil.
What foil colors do you offer?
We offer a wide range of foil options including: Gold, Silver, Black, Blue, Copper, Maroon, Rose Gold, White, and more. Not all colors are compatible with every material, so we’ll help you choose the best match.
Can I choose the placement of my logo?
Yes — popular positions include:
- Dead Center: Vertically and horizontally centered
- Optical Center: Slightly above center for better visual balance
What are the artwork requirements?
For best results, submit logos in:
- 300 dpi resolution
- Black & white only
- EPS, AI, SVG, or high-res JPEG
- Minimum line weight: 5 pt
- Minimum font size: 24 pt
Need help? Our Art Department offers rework services for a small fee and provides free proofing on all custom orders.
Samples & Previews
Can I request a product sample before I order?
Yes! We offer free samples (with standard shipping) to customers in the contiguous U.S. Some samples may be non-returnable or billable. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Can I get a pre-production sample of my custom design?
Yes, we offer pre-production samples (PPS) for a small fee. Pricing varies by product — contact us for a quote.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes — all custom orders receive a digital PDF proof at no additional charge. Proof approval is required before production. Minor changes may incur extra charges.
Sizing, Colors & Custom Options
How do I know which size menu cover to order?
All sizes refer to the insert dimensions (e.g., 8.5" x 11"). We offer both standard and custom sizes — including landscape, gatefold, and oversized formats.
Are custom sizes available?
Yes — we specialize in custom configurations. Call us to design a menu cover tailored to your brand.
How accurate are the colors on your website?
Color may vary due to screen settings and dye lots. For precision, request free material swatches before ordering.
Shipping & Turnaround
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production lead times depend on the season and current order volume. Let us know your deadline and we’ll work with you to meet it. Rush shipping is available if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees.
How are products shipped?
All orders ship from Rochester, NY via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Expedited options and Saturday delivery are available. You can also use your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account.
Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Company checks, certified checks, money orders
- Bank ACH, Venmo, PayPal, and ShopPay
Full payment is required at time of order. Personal checks are not accepted.
What is your return policy?
Custom and non-stock items are non-returnable. Stock items may be returned within 10 days with a Return Authorization Number. Items must be unused and approved for refund or replacement. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Product Care
How do I clean and store my menu covers?
Clean with warm water or mild soapy water using a soft, damp (not soaked) cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasives — they can damage the material and logo imprint.
How do I extend the life of my menu covers?
- Clean regularly and remove debris
- Keep away from pens and markers — ink stains are permanent
- Stack menu covers flat in small piles to prevent damage
- Store at room temperature, away from heat sources or extreme cold
- Order enough covers to avoid overuse and premature wear
What should I avoid doing to preserve my menu covers?
- Do not store in wall-mounted wooden boxes
- Avoid storing near stoves, coffee makers, or cold storage areas
- Do not submerge in water or run through dishwashers
