  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt of order. 


  • A Return Authorization Number is mandatory for stock item returns.


  • Stock items may be returned for credit, less a 20% restocking charge, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges (both ways). 


  • Returned merchandise must be received within 10 days of issuance of Return Authorization Number and in the same condition as originally delivered. Once goods are received, inspected, and approved, a credit will be issued and mailed. 


  • Custom made, non-stock items, including foil stamped or non-stock orders, cannot be returned.  Charges for time and material expenses may apply for cancelling custom orders already in production. Exceptions made for manufacturer errors.
