Placing Your Order
Orders may be placed online, by fax, phone, or mail. All custom orders must be in writing and faxed, mailed in, or placed online.  In-stock items will ship same day or next day.  We are not responsible for errors resulting from verbal orders. We reserve the right to ship and bill for 5% over or under the quantity ordered.

Production Schedules
Production times vary, so please advise us of any deadlines when placing your order. Our production schedules are based on the volume of orders in-house and may change at any time.  If you have any special scheduling needs, please contact us at (888) 929 6368 as we have the ability in most cases to meet your deadlines with Priority Ship Dates available at no additional charge!
